We had already made it clear by our order dated 5.5.2016 that the relief sought by the petitioner could not be granted in the circumstances that are mentioned in the said order. We had however directed the Collector, Nagpur to conduct an enquiry in the matter of the tender notice dated 7.1.2016 and to submit a report in this Court within two months, Shri Ambarish Joshi, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Collector, Nagpur states on instructions that an enquiry has been conducted in the matter of tender dated 7.1.2016 and action is proposed against the Chief Officer of the Municipal Council and the Ad-hoc Junior Engineer. It is stated that a departmental enquiry would be conducted against the two aforesaid officers.

By recording the statement made on behalf of the Collector, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with no order as to costs.
