It is submitted that the matter has been compromised before the National Lok Adalat Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur on the basis of the joint application filed in the proceedings before the learned Tribunal.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at before the National Lok Adalat Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the amount of Rs. 5 lacs deposited by the

16062015cawno.1114.2015 2 applicant/ petitioner in this Court. The learned counsel for the respondent Bank has no objection. In view of this, the amount of Rs. 5 lacs deposited in this court is permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner.
