Learned APP pointed out that the applicant's criminal antecedents are not mentioned in the application. On the contrary, there is a statement that there is no any case under the NDPS Act against the present applicant, whereas the crime chart shows that four offences have been registered against the present applicant under the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
