Considering the nature of evidence available on record, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation by furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Remaining 50% of said amount is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing usual undertaking.
