The applicant has sought to condone the delay of 587 days in challenging the judgment and award dated 29/04/2017 passed by Reference Court in L.A.C. No.327/2013. Learned Counsel for the appellant states that the appellant will not claim interest for the delayed period i.e. 587 days. In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned subject to that appellant will not be entitled for interest for the delayed period of 587 days.

The civil application stands disposed of.
