On 13/03/2024, this Court was pleased to permit the Investigating Officer to continue with the investigation and to file chargesheet only after taking leave of the Court. Accordingly, the prosecution has filed this application seeking permission to file charge-sheet. 03.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The Investigating Officer is at liberty to file the charge-sheet.

Considering the contents of the F.I.R., the Police Inspector, Police Station Arvi, District Wardha shall go through the charge-sheet and record satisfaction that there is sufficient evidence against the accused, particularly the in-laws of the informant, before filing of charge-sheet. 05.

The prosecutor concerned in the Court at Arvi shall also go through the charge-sheet and record satisfaction of sufficient evidence for prosecuting the accused mentioned in the charge-sheet. 06.

The application is disposed of in terms of above.
