Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks i.e. after vacation.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1094 OF 2023 By this application the applicant is seeking stay to the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the judgment and award passed by the Member of Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Chandrapur in M.A.C.P. No. 64/2015.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation within a period of ten weeks, the effect, operation,

2 38-CAF No.1093.2023.odt implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 13.01.2022, passed by the Member of Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Chandrapur in M.A.C.P. No. 64/2015 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within a said period, the stay granted be vacated automatically without reference to this Court.
