DATED : 24 APRIL, 2015 It is apparent that without caste validity certificate, no further promotion can be ordered. Circular on which reliance is being placed is before Full Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Arun Vishwanath Sonone Vs. State of Maharashtra and others (2015 (1) Mh.L.J. 457). In this situation, as grant of direction would amount to grant of final relief at interlocutory stage, we reject the application. However, hearing of writ petition is expedited.
