By this application, the applicant is seeking the restoration of appeal which was dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 29.3.2022. It is stated that on the date when the matter was listed, due to personal difficulty, the counsel for the appellant was not present in the court. 2.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The office is directed to restore First Appeal No.208/2016 on its original position.
