Due to the pandemic situation, the appellant could not deposit the decretal amount earlier. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the appellant is permitted to deposit the entire decretal amount of Rs.5,55,677/- within the period of one week.

First Appeal st No.22919/2019 There is also an appeal filed by the original claimant/present respondent no.1 bearing First Appeal St. No.11140/2020 for enhancement. That appeal be tagged to the present proceedings.
