In view of earlier order passed by this Court conditional stay was granted on depositing the amount. Now the appellant has filed Pursis that the entire decretal amount is deposited before the Reference Court i.e. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal vide cheque dated 15/03/2018.

In view of the fact that the entire amount is deposited, the implementation, operation and execution of the judgment and decree passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
