Ms Nandita Tripathi, A.P.P. for Respondent Nos.1 & 2. CORAM : Z.A.HAQ & N.B.SURYAWANSHI, JJ.
DATED : JULY 07, 2020.
Heard.
The present petition is filed challenging the order dated 24/02/2020 by which the respondent No.1 rejected the request of the petitioner for releasing him on parole leave. During the course of hearing it revealed that the petitioner is eligible for furlough leave and he can apply for the same.
In that view of the matter, we are not entertaining the present petition and the petitioner may apply for furlough leave. If such application is made, the same be decided within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the said application.
With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
