Learned counsel for respondents no. 1 to 3 opposes prayer for condonation of delay on the ground that it is huge delay of 323 days. However, for the reasons stated in the application and in the larger interest of justice, I am inclined to condone the delay caused in filing First Appeal. Hence, application is allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs. 500/- to be paid to respondents no. 1 to 3 as a condition precedent. Application disposed of.
