Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks i.e. after vacation.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1096 OF 2023 By this application the applicant is seeking stay to the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the judgment and award passed by the Member of Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Chandrapur in M.A.C.P. No. 34/2017.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation within a period of ten weeks, the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned

2 39-CAF No.1095.2023.odt judgment and award dated 30.08.2022, passed by the Member of Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Chandrapur in M.A.C.P. No. 34/2017 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within a said period, the stay granted be vacated automatically without reference to this Court.
