This is an application under Order I Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure for joining the party respondent. The said application is moved by Gram Panchayat, Punwat, District Yavatmal. 2.

Heard learned counsel Shri Omkar Deshpande for applicant/Gram Panchayat, Punwat, District Yavatmal, learned counsel Shri S.G. Jagtap for the petitioner, and learned AGP Mrs. S Haidar for the respondents/State.

Learned counsel Shri S.G. Jagtap for the petitioner fairly states that he has no objection for allowing the present application. 4.

Consequently, the civil application is allowed. Applicant/Gram Panchayat, Punwat, District Yavatmal be joined as respondent No.4 by amending cause title. The cause title to be amended within a period of 14 days from today by the petitioner.

Issue Notice to the newly added respondent No.4/Gram Panchayat, Punwat, District Yavatmal.

Learned counsel Shri Omkar Deshpande waives service for the added respondent No.4.

Learned counsel Shri S.G. Jagtap for the petitioner submits that he will handover entire copy of the writ petition along the documents to .....2/-
