DATED : 26/11/2024 The applicant is seeking to condone the delay of 426 days in filing the Family Court Appeal. The contention is that the applicant was suffering from Psychotic Depression from 03/11/2021 to 25/04/2022. The Certificate of the doctor has been filed on record. Though, the respondent was served, but nobody appeared on behalf of the respondent. Therefore, the contention made in the affidavit remained uncontroverted. Thus, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing Family Court Appeal is condoned.
