DATED : July 05, 2019 It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in First Appeal No.1609/2008 with connected appeals arising out of the same notification, this Court has set aside the judgment of the reference Court and maintained the amount of compensation granted by the Land Acquisition Officer.

In that view of the matter execution of the impugned award shall remain stayed during pendency of the appeal. Civil Application is disposed of.

FIRST APPEAL NO.1621/2008 Time of four weeks is granted to take steps to bring on record legal heirs of the respondent no.4.
