The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition in view of the fact that against the impugned order Civil Revision Application is maintainable and not the Writ Petition.

Permission to withdraw the present writ petition is granted with liberty to the petitioner to file Civil Revision Application.

The petitioner may raise the grounds as regards pursuing the wrong remedy while seeking condonation of delay. 4.

The interim protection granted by this Court shall continue for three weeks.
