This Petition is filed by three Petitioners seeking appointments on compassionate ground. There is no connection whatsoever between three Petitioners and their claims are independent and separate Petitions ought to have been filed. 2.

However, in view of the stand taken by the learned Counsel for the Respondent -Nagar Parishad, it is not necessary to direct the Petitioners to file separate Petitions.
