The learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Tiwari states that the application appears to have been wrongly registered. Mr. Tiwari states that the application was earlier registered as L.D.V.C. B.A. 1167/2020 and then renumbered as Criminal Application (BA) 909/2020 and the application is disposed of by order dated 03.09.2020. Mr. Tiwari states that probably because copy of the application was filed physically later on, the copy is registered as Criminal Application (BA) 450/2020. 3.

Mr. Tiwari statement is accepted.

Criminal Application (BA) 450/2020 be removed from the board and consign to record.
