Heard Shri M.I. Mourya, learned counsel for the applicants/ petitioners and Ms. U.R. Tanna, learned counsel for the respondents.

The applicants/ petitioners before this Court are widow and her two sons. Dilip - deceased husband and father was in employment of Respondent No. 1. The legal heirs are claiming the benefits payable to the deceased like Gratuity, Pension, Provident Fund etc.

Ms. Tanna, learned counsel pointed out that Provident Fund amount has been released to the petitioners in the month of January 2016. The necessary paper work was done by the petitioners in the month of October 2015 and now the proposal is pending with the Controller of Communication Account, Nagpur. Therefore, civil application has been taken out by the petitioners/ applicants for joining that authority as party Respondent No. 8. Accordingly, the prayer made in Civil Application No. 856 of 2016 is granted. The necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

1204caw856.16 Issue notice to added respondent No. 8, returnable on 15.06.2016. It is open to the said respondent to consider the proposal forwarded by other respondents to its office in the meanwhile.
