The petitioner prays for withdrawal of amount of Rs.60,000/- deposited by the petitioner himself in this Court. It is submitted that the matter was referred for mediation and it was settled in view of the terms and conditions. In view of the fact that the terms and conditions are fulfilled by the petitioner, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the amount deposited by him in the Court. Learned advocate for the respondent has no objection for the same.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.60,000/- deposited by him in this Court. Civil Application stands disposed of.

Criminal Writ Petition No.888 of 2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Permission granted. Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
