Already it is made clear in the said order that the respondent/claimant shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation with accrued interest. The applicant/respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount with accrued interest, if already not withdrawn.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
