By this application, the applicant is seeking for stay to the effect, operation, and implementation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Commissioner under the Employees Compensation Act in E.C.A. Case No. C-25/2017.

In view of the para-8 of the appeal memo, the applicant made a statement that the entire amount of compensation is already been deposited.

In view of the statement made by the learned advocate, the execution, implementation, and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Commissioner under the Employees Compensation Act in E.C.A. Case No. C-25/2017 be stayed till the final disposal of the appeal.
