The Non-Applificant after having reficeived the notifice has tendered his afdavit-in-reply and objeficted the prayer for transfer of proficeeding on the ground that there is threat perfiception. He has relied on ficertain MCA ficomplaints.

After the marriage on 13.05.2019, the ficouple was blessed with a fichild, who is in the ficustody of the Applificant/Wife.

In the aforesaid bafickground, the ground of hardship is made in favour of the Applificant/Wife. That being so, the applification is allowed, in terms of prayer Clause (1).
