By this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the action on the part of the respondents reducing the minority quota of 50% of intake capacity in the educational institution run by the petitioners to 30%.

By our order, dated 4.8.2005, while issuing Rule, by way of interim relief, we had permitted the petitioner-institution to admit 50% against the minority quota.

Shri Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioners, states that during the pendency of the writ petition, by the Government Resolution dated 27.5.2013, the State Government has again reverted back to the old position and has recognized the minority quota to the extent of 50% of intake capacity. It is stated that in view of the Government Resolution, dated 27.5.2013, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. Since the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed in terms of the Government Resolution, dated 27.5.2013, the writ petition stands disposed of. Rule accordingly. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande, PA
