Heard. Perused the prayer made in the application. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the non-applicants are ready to release the applicant on parole leave in terms of the order dated 26.02.2018. It is stated that there was some misunderstanding and hence the order is not implemented till date.
In view of the aforesaid, it would not be necessary to consider the prayer made in the application.
Hence, we dispose of the application by accepting the statement made on behalf of the non-applicants that will be binding on the non-applicants.
Order accordingly.
