We put a question to learned Counsel for the petitioner as to how much amount the petitioner can deposit to show his bona-fides so that notice can be issued and inquiry into bona-fides of the petitioner can be made before dealing with the matter on merits. The petitioner claims that respondent no.8, 9 and 10 have caused huge loss to the Public Exchequer and therefore, the amount is required to be recovered from them.

The petitioner is unable to deposit the amount to show the bona-fides. We, therefore, dismiss the petition. No order as to costs.
