Heard.
Perused the F.I.R. and other documents filed on record and also the reply of the prosecution. Considering the nature of the allegations and the stage of the investigation, I am of the view that the custodial interrogation of this applicant is no more required. It is also not so specifically stated in the reply of the prosecution. It is an admitted fact that the medical examination of this applicant has already been got done by the police and that the samples of his body fluids have also been taken.
In view of the above, I am inclined to allow this application.
The application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.40/2018 registered with Police Station Salekasa, District Gondia, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.30,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions :

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station everyday between 11:00 a.m.
and 01:00 p.m. for a period of one week starting from 21st April, 2018 and thereafter as and when required by the Investigating OfÏcer.
ii. The applicant shall cooperate with the police in the investigation.
iii. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
The application is disposed of as such.
