We do not think it necessary to issue notice to respondent No.1 for the reason that the matter can be disposed of by giving approprite direction to the respondent No.1 regarding decision to be taken by him in respect of representation dated 21.07.2020 made by the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, we direct the respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 21.07.2020 received on 30.07.2020 in accordance with law within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
