However, we are further informed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader Mrs. Deshpande that the grievance of the petitioner is satisfied since the proposal of the management seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided section is approved by the Education Officer vide order dated 4-10-2022. 2.

We accept the statement and dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach us afresh, if there is any grievance surviving.
