0706-appp-635 and 634-2022.odt The misc. criminal application is allowed subject to the condition that the applicant shall deposit the costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) in the account of the Central Prison, Nagpur, for the purpose of development of Library in the Central Prison. The costs be deposited within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
Upon deposit of the costs by the applicant, the misc. criminal application shall stand restored to the file of the Court. On failure to pay the costs within the stipulated period, the misc. criminal application shall stand dismissed without any reference to the Court.
