The additional ground is sought to be raised. Hence, application granted. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

The respective counsel states that the identical writ petitions are already admitted for final hearing. In view of this statement, Rule returnable early. The learned AGP waives notice for the respondents.

Put up with Writ Petition No.5013 of 2015 and other connected matters.

If the word 'permanent' is already removed from the recognition of the petitioner - Blind School and it is entitled to be considered for release of grant in aid, the respondents are free to consider the entitlement of the petitioner in the meanwhile. The exercise in this respect be completed within four months.
