Criminal Application (APPR) No. 128/2022 seeks recall of the order dated 17.2.2020 on the ground that the consent of the learned counsel for the original respondent (Mr.Shingane) as recorded therein in para 5, was not given. This position is disputed by Mr. Dhengale, learned counsel for the original applicant, who contends that while passing the order dated 17.2.2020, the correct position was recorded in praa 5, in view of which I do not see any reason to interfere in the order dated 17.2.2020. The criminal application is accordingly dismissed.
