By this application, the respondent Nos.2 to 13 are seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount of compensation.

The appeal is already disposed of vide judgment dated 16/02/2017. The respondents have executed the Power of Attorney in favour of respondent No.6 - Anitabai Sudam Rathod and respondent No.13 - Punamchand Nandusingh Chavhan.

The respondents further seeking permission to disburse 1/10th equal individual share to respondent Nos.2, 8, 9 and 10 and 1/3rd equal share in the 1/10th share of Nandusingh's along with 1/3rd share of respondent Nos.11 and 12 and 1/10th equal share of respondent Nos.3, 5, 7 and 10 in the total compensation amount along with accrued interest.

The respondents are permitted to withdraw the amount in view of their prayer clause in the application, on due identification and verification through their Power of Attorney Holder i.e. respondent Nos.6 and 13.

In view of that the civil application is disposed of.
