By this application, the applicant/respondent no. 3 Original claimant seeks permission to withdraw the amount which is lying with the registry of this Court in Fixed Deposit of the share of respondent no.3 as per order of this Court dated 24.02.2022.

It is the submission of the learned Counsel that respondent no. 3 is now attained the age of majority on 20.05.2025. The said statement is also reiterated in the application in paragraph 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Respondent no. 3 is permitted to withdraw the amount of his share which is lying with the Court as per the order of this Court dated 24.02.2022 along with the interest accrued thereon, subject to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial).
