DATE : 30/06/2023 1] Since a decree has already been passed in favour of Subhadrabai on 22.6.1994 in Misc. Criminal Application No. 15/1993 (Subhadrabai vrs. Bhagwan) by learned JMFC, Deulgaon Raja, holding her to be the legally wedded wife of Bhagwan and therefore granting her maintenance, which has not been challenged, the impugned judgment rightly does not consider the so called admission given by Subhadrabai in her cross examination and holds her entitled for grant of succession certificate along with L.Rs of Kasabai. I therefore do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned order.

2] The revision is therefore dismissed. No costs.
