This Court has allowed the amendment application moved by the petitioner for addition of respondent nos. 9 to 193. The said amendment application moved by the petitioner in light of objection SKNair

Issue notice to the respondent nos. 9 to 193, returnable on 18th April, 2023.

Admittedly, the respondent nos. 9 to 193 are the labourers working with APMC and considering the urgency in the matter practically it is not possible to serve the respondent nos. 9 to 193 by regular mode of service before returnable date. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent nos. 9 to 193 by way of private mode of service. The APMC is directed to serve the notices to the respondent nos. 9 to 193 with the help of the petitioner.
