This is an application for grant of extension of time for compliance of the order dated 11/05/2021. By the said order the applicant was directed to furnish security in the tune of Rs. 64,000/- in this Court within a period of three weeks from the date of order i.e. from 11/05/2021. 3.

The applicant states that due to lockdown the applicant could not furnish the security. The applicant has placed on record solvency certificate along with the present application.

The reason assigned by the applicant is plausible therefore, the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause - (a).
