This is an application filed by respondent No.1 seeking direction against appellant/VIDC to deposit balance decretal amount of Rs.3,01,970/-.

When the present application is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for applicant/respondent No.1 who has moved this application chose not to remain present before the Court.

Learned counsel Mrs. U.A. Patil for the appellant submits that she has received cheque from appellant/VIDC to the tune of Rs.3,01,970/- and she will be depositing the said cheque within a period of one week from today. The statement is accepted.

The Registry is directed to accepted the cheque .....2/-

caf1201.18 27 tendered by appellant/VIDC towards balance amount. 5.

With this, the civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
