Heard Mr.Rohit Deo, learned Assistant Solicitor General, appearing for the applicant/The Union of India. For the reasons stated in the application, prayer for extension of three months time is granted.

Criminal Application (APPP) No.442 of 2015 stands disposed of.

Learned Assistant Solicitor General had stated that the State is required to send recommendations in terms of the guidelines issued in CVC but except forwarding the papers like post office they were not sent. We, therefore, direct the State Government to send the recommendations within period of fifteen days from today.
