Shri B.M. Khan, Advocate for the petitioners has placed on record pursis dated 17th July, 2019 stating that the petitioners are not responding and are not giving instructions to him.

Shri M.R. Puranik, Advocate for the respondent states that departmental enquiry is complete. This petition is pending since 1st April, 2019 and petitioners have not taken any steps to obtain appropriate orders in this petition.

In the above facts, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. No costs.
