Shri A. Madiwale, learned A.G.P. has filed an affidavit stating that there is a decision taken by the Superintendent, State Excise, on the representation of the petitioners; the copy of which is annexed to the affidavit filed. In view of this, nothing survives in this petition. The same stands disposed of. Needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the order passed, if it goes adverse to the petitioners.
