Considering the short issue involved, the writ petition is taken up for disposal by issuing Rule and making the same returnable forthwith. Learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. Service on respondent No.5 is dispensed with. 2.

The petitioner claims to have purchased land bearing Survey No.60 admeasuring 1H 46R. In the recovery proceedings that were initiated by the respondent No.5-Bank, the petitioner has been issued a Sale Certificate dated 05/10/2015 by the Recovery Officer indicating petitioner's ownership on the said land. On 29/02/2016 the petitioner has made an application to the Tahsildar-respondent No.3 seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records. Thereafter on 02/03/2016 the Tahsildar has directed the Talathi to take steps in the said matter. According to the petitioner despite various reminders, no

In view of aforesaid, the following directions would serve the interests of justice :

The respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's application dated 29/02/2016 seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records after following the prescribed procedure. The final decision in the said matter be taken within four weeks of receipt of copy of this order.
