Reply of the prosecution is taken on record.

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Perused the reply of the prosecution and the case diary. Upon going through the case-diary, I find that there are witnesses, who are saying that this applicant manipulated several things and persons inducing the witnesses, to submit fake bills, although there was no supply of any material to the OfÏce, where this applicant was working and then made his higher authorities sanction those bills. These witnesses have also stated that after receipt of the money of the fake bills by those persons, this applicant asked them to return the same and it was indeed returned to him by making R.T.G.S. transfers to his son's account.

ba.346.18 2/2 Prima facie, involvement of this applicant is seen in the offences registered against him and one of which is punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code. The offences are of serious nature. The charge-sheet has not been filed. Therefore, this is not a fit case for grant of bail. The application stands rejected. Liberty to file fresh bail application before the trial Court after the charge-sheet is filed is granted to the applicant.
