In pursuance to the order dated 4.5.2022 passed by this Court the elections have already been held and the change report has already been submitted with the office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner. The petitioners therefore have filed a Pursis stating that the petition be disposed of as the change report would be decided as per due procedure. The Pursis is accepted. 2.

The petition is dismissed as according to the learned counsel for the petitioners the challenge as raised in the petition does not survive.
