The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non-consideration of the proposal forwarded by the Management seeking approval to his appointment on a Class-IV post. According to the petitioner, such proposal was forwarded on 19.12.2017 which was thereafter considered by the Education Officer on 24.03.2020 and was rejected in view of various deficiencies as found. The Head Master thereafter on 27.08.2020 has again forwarded a fresh proposal after removing all the deficiencies pointed out in the order. According to the petitioner, this fresh proposal remains undecided.

Considering the limited grievance raised by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed with a direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the proposal dated 27.08.2020 in accordance with law and after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the Management, if found necessary. Such decision be taken within a period of six weeks from production of copy of this order. Outcome thereafter be communicated to the petitioner and the Management. Points raised in the writ petition are kept open.
