By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the implementation, effect and the operation of the award passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in L.A.C. No.185/2014.

Mrs. A. Joshi, learned Counsel for the appellants submitted that the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest is already deposited on 25/01/2023.

In view of above, as the amount is already deposited the operation, implementation and effect of the impugned judgment and decree is stayed till disposal of the appeal.
