The only prayer made in the writ petition is to expeditiously decide Revision Application bearing No. Goukhani46/0819/Pra No.139/Kh-2 preferred by the petitioner under Rule 84 of the Maharashtra Minor Mineral Extraction (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2013.

By filing pursis the petitioner has placed on record a copy of notice dated 26.08.2019 giving details of the pendency of the aforesaid Revision Application. It appears that the aforesaid proceedings are still pending with the respondent No.1. 4.
In these facts, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.1 to consider Revision Application No. Goukhani-46/0819/Pra No.139/Kh-2 expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months of receiving copy of

Rule stands disposed of. No costs.
