Heard Shri S.I. Sheikh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Shri N.S. Rao, learned AGP appearing for the respondent submits that the proposal moved by the petitioner was already rejected.

Shri Sheikh, learned counsel points out that rejection was not communicated to him and coming to light for the first time after filing of Contempt Petition. He, therefore, seeks appropriate cognizance and action. 4.

We keep the said contention of Shri Sheikh, learned counsel open. With liberty to the petitioner to raise this contention also while challenging the order of rejection on merits, we dispose of the present Contempt Petition. No order as to costs.
